NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK and BOARD OF REVIEW

Monday, May 15, 2023 – 3:00PM to 5:00PM
Town of Exeter, Green County, WI Pursuant to Wis. Stat. S 70.45, the assessment role for the Year 2023 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 15th day of May 2023. Additionally, the assessor shall be available at the Town of Exeter, Town Hall, W2998 Hwy 92, Belleville, WI 53508 on May 15, 2023, from 3:00PM until 5:00PM.
Property owners may examine the assessment roll or discuss their property assessment with the assessor at Open Book. To appear at the Board of Review an objection form must be filed with the Clerk.
Board of Review will be Monday, May 22, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. S70.47.
