One or Two Family Dwellings

New Construction -$0.25 per sq. foot for all floors, basement, garage, and any porch/deck area. Fees include Structural, Electric, Plumbing, HVAC and Erosion Control
Additions -Same as New Structure rates
-Minimum Fee $50.00 еасћ for Structural, Electric, Plumbing, НУАС, and Erosion Control
Alterations -Same аs New Structure rates
-Minimum Fee $50.00 each for Structural, Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC

Commercial Buildings (Public Buildings & Places of Employment)

New Construction -$0.30 per sq. foot for all floors, basement, garage, and any porch/deck area. Fees include Structural, Electric, Plumbing, HVAC, and Erosion Control
Additions -Same as New Structure rates

- Charged at the discretion of the Building Inspector for additional time necessary to obtain necessary plans and specifications from the applicant or review incomplete submittals. Please contact the Building Inspector prior to submitting your application to ensure the proper documentation is provided to obtain your permit.
Occupancy Fee $0.10 per sq. foot all floors, basement, garage, and any porch/deck area

Section 1-1-3(a) A permit shall lapse and be void if the project has not commenced within one (1) year or if the project has not been completed within two (2) years from the date of issuance of the permit. Upon lapsing, a new permit shall be required to be issued to complete the project with the cost being equal to the original permit.

Payments shall be made to the Town of Exeter
