Even if you don’t have internet at your location, your input is important.  You can still help by taking the speed test (at another location with internet/computer), clicking on “Enter an address with No Available Service” and completing the survey.  The service map will resord your address as having no internet service.

When performing your speed test, your address is not stored/saved!  The information that is retained is:  Speed Test Results & General Location where the test was performed.
