Legal Notice
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 11, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Exeter Town Hall, W2998 State Road 92, Belleville, Wisconsin, the Town Board will be conducting a hearing on a proposed discontinuance of two (2) public ways pursuant to Wis. Stat 66.1003. The public ways proposed to be discontinued are referred to as portions of Havens Street and all of West Street and particularly described as follows:
1. That portion of Havens Street commencing at the East right of way line of Dayton Street; Thence East to West right of way line of Exeter Street; all between Block 4 and Block 7, Village of Dayton, Town of Exeter, Green County, Wisconsin.
2. That portion of Havens Street commencing at the centerline of former Green Street; Thence West to the East right of way line of West Street; all between Block 2 and Block 5, Village of Dayton, Town of Exeter, Green County, Wisconsin.
West Street Vacation:
All of Platted West Street commencing at the South right of way of STH 92 (Summit
Street); Thence South to the south end of street, all along the west side of Block 2 and
Block 5, Village of Dayton, Town of Exeter, Green County, Wisconsin.
A scale map of the land that would be affected can be obtained from the Town Clerk.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
