NOTICE

Gardiner Appraisal Service will be starting a revaluation of the homes in Exeter.  This is being done per Wisconsin State Statutes.  The process will begin in the fall of 2019 and last into 2021.  Gardiner Appraisal will be sending letters outlining the process.  They will be requesting appointment times for walk-through of your homes so they can properly assess the value of your property.
